  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

Jasmera currently ships across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us verify any transit-related damage or missing items.
