1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or broken product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is missing from your order.

  • The product has leaked during shipping.

  • The item was delivered in a tampered package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Fragrance preference or personal dislike of the scent.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Orders placed during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Your Name

  • Photos of the package and product

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

  • Brief description of the issue

After verification, Jasmera will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider (including PhonePe, UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet), the refund may take additional time to reflect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced with the same item if:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product leaked during transit.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit of equal value.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If your order is cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:

  • Please wait up to 24 hours, as banks and payment gateways may automatically reverse unsuccessful transactions.

  • If the amount is not credited back within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction details.

Duplicate payments will be verified and refunded after confirmation.

8. Shipping Issues

Jasmera is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information while placing an order.
